Aesop Software Architecture Design Environment Generator - Aesop provides a generic toolkit and communication infrastructure that users can customize with architectural style descriptions and a set of tools that they would like to use for architectural analysis.
Cetus Links -- Architecture & Design: Frameworks - This site provides a wealth of information on frameworks. Access is provided to resources focusing on tutorials, related links, books and publications, and archives.
Dynamic Architecture Web Pages - Dynamic software architectures represent one encouraging approach to mitigating the difficulties posed by safety- and mission-critical software systems, such as air traffic control, telephone switching, and high availability public information systems, whereby shutting down and restarting the system for upgrades incurs unacceptable delays, increased cost, and risk. Dynamic architectures can support the runtime modification needs that these systems have. This site contains: presentation slides from the panel session held at the Austin EDCS meeting, a set of questions and open issues that arose during the panel discussion, and a list of papers and conferences related to dynamic software evolution. There are also links to research efforts in dynamic architectures.
Zachman Institute for Framework Advancement (ZIFA) - The Zachman Institute for Framework Advancement (ZIFA) is a network of information professionals who understand the critical role of Enterprise Architecture in the ability of the enterprise to successfully participate in the global economy of the 21st century. To this end, the mission of ZIFA is to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience in the use, implementation, and advancement of the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture.
