  • DACS Gold Practices Initiative - This initiative is focused on on-going collection and dissemination of information about best practices. Dissemination of information is supported by the DACS Gold Practice web site. In this initial release of the web site the focus is on establishing the primary methods for information collection as well as providing the latest information about specific Best Practices.

  • Defense Authorization Act 2003 (Sec. 804) - This act discusses Establishment of Programs, Program Requirements, and DoD Guidance for improving SAcq processes.
