Policies that affect the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA)/Cohen Act/Cohen Amendment (2) - The Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA), also known as the Cohen Act, or Cohen Amendment, took effect on 8 August 1996. The legislation defines new rules for Government acquisitions of information technology (IT).
